1. How soon will I get my order?

Our normal turnaround time is 7 days or less, it maybe longer depending on the scope of work.

2. What is your minimum order quantity?

That depends on what

you are ordering. If you are ordering a screen print design our minimum quantity

is 24. For vinyl or heat transfer we have no minimum quantity requirements.

3. What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept payments via credit/debit card, cash, Cash App, invoice to email or business checks in store. Online credit or debit cards only.

4. Can I add my own logo to my order?

Yes! We offer an option to upload your logo or design when placing your order. Also, you can contact us to discuss custom artwork via the request a quote page

5. Need to make changes to your order?

We can make changes to an order as long as the order is still in its pending stages. We send email notifications about our production stages and tracking updates regarding your order. If you are unsure about what stage your order is in, please visit the order status page.

6. Tax Exempt?

Funky Ragz was birthed in a shed in Meka's backyard in 2013. In 2017 we were blessed to be able to move into our current storefront located in Capitol Heights, MD. GOD is amazing and the t-shirt business has been good to us.
