Returns and Shipping

REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY: Funky Ragz LLC has a NO REFUND POLICY, we DO NOT offer refunds on any of our merchandise. We will gladly accept a return if an item is defective, or there is a grammatical error on our part. It will be replaced with the exact item if we are notified within 3 days of the delivery date, and the item must be returned unworn and unwashed. We do require that the defective item be returned prior to sending a replacement and the item must be mailed back within 3 days. We will issue a prepaid return label via email. Please keep in mind that this label expires in three days after which the customer will be responsible for the return shipping and this amount will not be refunded.

PRODUCTION TIME: Please allow 5-7 business days for production time. When you request a digital proof, the production time will only begin upon approval of the sample or proof. All digital proofs are sent via email within 48 business hours. Therefore, the timeline may be delayed several days past the original estimate. When your order is ready you will be contacted via email to either pick your order up from our store, or you will receive your tracking number.

SHIPPING: Funky Ragz, LLC will ship in the United States of America only using the United States Postal Service using first-class (1-4 days) shipping. If you need expedited shipping please contact us at 202-304-6262 to request Priority or Overnight shipping at your expense. Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. This will be updated every 24 hours. Funky Ragz, LLC will not be held responsible either in the event the customer is not available for delivery or the customer refuses delivery.
