Terms & Conditions
These terms will govern all orders placed with Funky Ragz, LLC therefore, we encourage you to read these terms before placing your order. By submitting an order to Funky Ragz, LLC you (also referred to below as the customer) are hereby agreeing to all the terms and conditions as set forth below. This agreement is in lieu of a written consent and will be binding by both the customer and/or their representative(s).
PAYMENT: Payment is due in full prior to the commencement of production. We accept payments via cash, credit card, Cash App, invoices sent to your email, and business checks. Funky Ragz, LLC will not ship any order prior to payment.
REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY: Funky Ragz LLC has a NO REFUND POLICY, we DO NOT offer refunds on any of our merchandise or courses. We will gladly accept a return if an item is defective, or there is a grammatical error on our part. It will be replaced with the exact item if we are notified within 3 days of the delivery date, and the item must be returned unworn and unwashed. We do require that the defective item be returned prior to sending a replacement and the item must be mailed back within 3 days. We will issue a prepaid return label via email. Please keep in mind that this label expires in three days after which the customer will be responsible for the return shipping and this amount will not be refunded.
PRODUCTION TIME: Please allow 5-7 business days for production time. When you request a digital proof, the production time will only begin upon approval of the sample or proof. All digital proofs are sent via email within 48 business hours. Therefore, the timeline may be delayed several days past the original estimate. When your order is ready you will be contacted via email to either pick your order up from our store, or you will receive your tracking number.
SHIPPING: Funky Ragz, LLC will ship in the United States of America only using the United States Postal Service using first-class (1-4 days) shipping. If you need expedited shipping please contact us at 202-304-6262 to request Priority or Overnight shipping at your expense. Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. Funky Ragz, LLC will not be held responsible either in the event the customer is not available for delivery or the customer refuses delivery.
CHANGING THE ORDER: Orders can ONLY be changed within 1 HOUR of the order being placed. Changing the order includes correcting a misspelling or message. NO CHANGES whatsoever will be accepted on Rush Orders. NO CANCELLATION OF ORDER ( ALL SALES ARE FINAL).
FACE MASK DISCLOSURE: Our non-medical handmade face masks are made of 100% pure cotton for a comfortable fit. We make no medical claims with regard to their usage. Our Filtered Face Mask is the only style that comes with a filter slot and filter, all other styles do not come with a filter. Our masks will not, if used alone, prevent the transmission of disease and are not FDA-approved.
DESIGN FEE: A design proof will be sent to your email address provided during the order process. 2 revisions are allowed. The cost of a proof is non-refundable even when the order is canceled.
ARTWORK: When placing an online order, you have the option to attach your own artwork. When placing a phone order, any artwork that you want on your product must be e-mailed to a customer service representative. In the event of missing artwork, we will make several attempts to contact the customer. Therefore, we will not be held responsible for delayed product production or delivery due to missing artwork. When the artwork submitted by a customer is deemed unusable by our art or production departments, we will contact the customer via e-mail and/or telephone to inform them that we need to alter, remove, or replace the artwork to proceed with production. Please respond to these inquiries as soon as possible. If we do not receive a response within 72 hours, we reserve the right to use our best judgment to alter or remove segments of artwork or remove entire logos, in order to proceed with production. Customers will assume complete responsibility to obtain permission for the reproduction of logos, trademarks, and copyrights. By agreeing to print any submitted artwork Funky Ragz NOT be held liable under any circumstances.
PRINTING LOCATION & SIZE: Please understand that we cannot guarantee the artwork will print on the same location from piece to piece of the same order. The printing location might be slightly shifted and thus different among the products of the same order. Most of the time, this will not be noticeable due to the small margin mismatch. This is common in the industry and minor visual imperfections should not be considered as defective or flawed items. The imprint area or imprint size on the website is the maximum printable area. The artwork could be extended to reach the maximum printable area if specifically requested in the comment section of the order. Without any specific instruction, the design and production teams will print the artwork in an appropriate scale/proportion that would ensure the most optimal printing outcome within the imprint area and may or may not be extended to the maximum printable area.
